A few species of Wester mushroom Volvariella and Straw mushroom Pleurotus are cultivated in Bangladesh. Agraricus brunnescens (A.bisporus) is widely cultivated in America and Europe. Agraricus campestris and Agraricus bisporus, widely used in food list, are of high quality and delicious.
