There are two sensitive antennae on either side of the head in front of the base. It is cylindrical, cylindrical, unbranched and multi-lobed. Each antenna consists of three parts. Scape, pedicel and flagellum. The base of the antenna is the scape. Pedicel short and undivided. The flagellum is long and divided into 20-25 segments.
