The dividing zone of the plant contains the most dividing tissue. The dividing tissue is located at the apex of the root and stem. Plant leaves, flowers, buds, stem, midrib, periphery of the stem etc. have a lot of dividing tissue. The plant cortex consists of cork cambium, fascicular cambium in vascular bundles and interfascicular cambium between two vascular bundles.
