Soyal seed
The seeds in which the seeds are stored are called sosyal seeds. For example – Paddy, Wheat, Bhutra, Jute, Shaluk etc.
Polycotyledonous Seed
A seed which has three or more cotyledons is called polycotyledonous seed. For example – pine, cycas etc.
Dicotyledonous Seeds
The seeds which have two cotyledons are called dicotyledonous seeds. For example – gram, peas, pumpkin, mango etc.
Monocot Seed
A seed that has only one cotyledon is called monocot seed. For example – paddy, wheat, bhutra, coconut etc.
